The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, meeting international standards in the production and supply of high-quality industrial gases, medical gases, and rare gases.
After a long period of active research, design, and construction, on the morning of August 8, Messer in Vietnam solemnly held the Grand Opening Ceremony of the Messer Quang Ngai Plant at the Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai Province. The ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Phuoc Hien – Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Julien Guerrier – Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam; and Mrs. Helga Margarete Barth – Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Vietnam. Also in attendance were representatives of provincial agencies and departments; leaders of the Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board; representatives of international diplomatic organizations; leaders of Van Tuong Commune authorities; representatives of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Joint Stock Company; the Board of Directors of Messer Group in the Federal Republic of Germany; valued customers, partners, and all Messer staff.
The commissioning of the Messer Quang Ngai Plant not only helps meet the demand for industrial gases in the Central region and across the country, but also:
